Hi, new chicken owner here. I have read some posts and some are very helpful. I was given a rooster and his mate. They had been confined in a garage before I got them. We built a nice coop and they seemed happy. She started laying eggs and I got excited and incubated some. I was told they are Chinese bantam. I ended up with 13 all together. I have gotten rid of 5. My question is the mother is super aggressive she did take care of the 5 but aggressive with the rest. Is it the breed? I have looked everywhere for photos of them and I didn't see anything that looks like them. Any advice?
They're an awesome breed.
I believe them to be White and possibly Red (seems a little dark for Buff).
