Can anyone tell what breeds the following chickens might be?
the first lot are older chickens (possible moms the the second lot)
the second lot are out of two batches I hatched in the spring.
they are probably mixes, and could be part game.

Here are the hens, older ones first . . .

1. Silver Pencilled Wyandotte
2. Ancona
3. Going left to right:
Welsummer?
Cuckoo Maran
Buff Orpington
4. In all honesty looks like a mix. Looks almost identical in body and color to my Light Brahma x Buff Orpington mix, minus the leg feathers. If she didn't have the black in her, I'd say she looks like a White Orpington.

5. Alot of chickens
6. I'm not so certain that your "hatched girl" is a girl. Looks like a Buff Orp cross cockerel (I can see pointy feathers on her neck, wing and saddle) to me.

I'll have to come back later for the rest...

Thanks for taking the time to guess

I'm not very knowlegable about chickens, but I hope Fred's (6) not a boy. She doesnt seem to act at all like a Rooster (like the Roo's with have that are the same age/same hatching)

We have one roo that looks just like her in color except he has a totally green tail, I figured he might be her brother (you can find him in my other post about the roosters)

1 - SP wyandotte
2 - Ancona, or java maybe?
3 - I would almost say cuckoo moran....but shes not very dark, and has the lighter coloring you might see on a roo......
4 - Looks like a mix to me too.
5 - lol
6 - Boy. Looks strikingly like my BOxRIR boy.
7 - Boy. See the hackle and saddle feathers? Maybe a BR?
8 - no clue. Head looks like a BSL, but no red feathers....
9 - Sumatra??
10 - Very porely colored Golden laced wyandotte, i believe.
11 - I have no clue, but she is gorgeous! Look at those blue/gray/blackish legs!
12 - Welsummer i think.
13 - welsummer cross? Not really sure though.

lol, ok I wasnt expecting guesses on number 5, just wanted to throw it in there.

Number 7 is in the "not quite sure what gender you are" category

Could number 13 be related to this hen . . .

We got her from a swap meet, were told she was a game hen. Whatever she was she hatched out 8 chicks on her own, outside of the chicken pen. She disappeared when the chicks were just a couple of days old, luckily we found the chicks and added them to our other chicks.

Anyway she was my moms favorite chicken, called fiesty, she was really hoping some of the hens were fiesty's daughters
(the ones pictured are not all of the hens we hatched, I just figured No.13 looked most like fiesty)
