Help with Chick Id

I bought 3 chick 4 weeks ago. I was told they were 4 week old Pullets. I got a Barred Rock, an Australorp and a "Partridge Rock" as a bonus. I had no idea what a Partridge Rock was and took it. I am pretty sure that it is not a Partridge Rock. Oh yeah, and it is a ROO! Can anyone help ID this fella? I would like to find him a home as I am not allowed to have Rooster's in Suburban Rhode Island. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. I would post a pic but I am very new here and have not figured it out yet.

But I agree he does look a little like a wyandotte.
