Help with chicken incubation...

Hey Wonderful community, I need some assistance please. I am on day 16 of chicken egg incubation. Some of these eggs have the following dark dots towards the pointy end of the egg. They all still have movement as if they are Alive. I don't see any significant stagnant blood rings. Just wondering if I should leave them in there or pull them in case? Also a few of my air sacs seem to be different size than the rest. They all went into the incubator at the same time. I have 3 humidty gauges and 2 thermometer in there at all the different areas to keep a semi consistent humidity/temperature! Any help is appreciated!!
