Help with coop plans

Okay so I'm going to be building a coop for 3 chickens and run for them. However, I am going to be letting them free run around the yard most of the day so the run doesn't need to be huge. I would like it to have a nesting box for each and a waterer and feeder. This is where it's going to get complicated. I would like to add a bearded dragon run so I can let him out in the day to eat bugs and climb but with plenty of protection. Also I would like to add a rabbit cage to it. On top of the coop I was thinking about adding a herb garden. Also I want to plant some plants the beardie will like in his run and do the same for the chicken and bunny run. If you have any advice on how to do this or have seen some good plans somewhere they'd be greatly apprietated. Also help with types of plants and where to build all of this would be nice.
