help with curry chicken please

I have never made Curry Chicken before and so I went on that challenge this evening.

I wanted to do it in the crock pot for tomorrow nights dinner.

I have never heard of putting carrots in the mixture before... has anyone put carrots in curry chicken beforeÉ

I always put carrots in my curry! Also, anything else handy in the vegetable drawer that needs using up. Thats what makes makin currry fun.
