Help with end of hatch...

First time hatching chicken eggs, I am down to the last day today and our first chick pipped and hatched yesterday.... I have at least 3-4more in there that I know were developing well... but ZERO signs of pipping from any other eggs, this chick is almost fully dried off and im anxious that this may be the only one to hatch.... how much longer would you wait? Anything more I can do here? I would like to take this chick out tomorrow (that will be 48hrs) but if I should leave the rest in there for a few more days longer to see would that screw things up?

You should wait a couple of days after hatch date. Not unusual for them to hatch 2 or 3 days late. Is your incubator still air? Different eggs end up with different temperature overall. You can get the chick out as long as you keep the humidity reasonable.
