Help with Fleas

Help, my chickens got fleas and I really don't know how to get rid of them all......I have sprayed the coop with Permethrin 10 and put coconut oil on their comb and also dusted the chickens with Diatomaceous Earth it seems to help but they come back, what else can I do please help, them fleas get on me too when I spend time with my chickens.

I really believe they are fleas, do lice jump? this are this tiny little black bugs that jump on me and the chicken combs have this tiny black bugs stuck to them.
I am desperate cause they are starting to lose the little feathers that start on their combs.

No I don't think lice jump. They are whiteish and icky too. Fleas I used dusting powder and totally cleaned my pen. Sprinkled around the edges and in nest boxes them added new bedding. Hmm..I have Doktor Doom Lice killer plus for Poultry and it kills all types of bugs. Safe too..

Is the Doktor Doom Lice killer plus for Poultry a fogger or a spray?
