Help with Gender of my 18 wk Easter Eggers

They are not sex-linked, no. A female specific pattern refers to the even distribution of pattern and/or color on the plumage. Males will not have even patterns over their whole body, nor will they have that light salmon breast.
Though one of my EE cockerels at 4 weeks from a couple years ago had pullet like coloring for awhile until his breasts got filled in with dark blue plumage at 5 months.
Seems like I don't have a picture of the adult plumage of this boy anymore.

Red JungleFowl, both genders have salmon breasts, until the males molt it out. Salmon breasts on males lasts about a week, or two. Pictures I have aren't great.

I'm just using these as examples of how sexing isn't always straight forward.

I agree those are all pullets.

Interesting! That comb sure was pronounced though.
