Help with goose. Please

Hello, I have a female toulouse goose, that has problems standing. She is a litttle over a year and a half. And shes on the pasture, not kept up. When she walks around trying to eat she either falls forwards or backwords, she has a hard time just trying to walk around without falling over and it makes eating alot harder for her. none of the other 3 geese are doing this. Please help..she is so sweet I hate to see her like this.

Sounds like a nutritional imbalance or deficiency... that or she has perhaps gotten into some moldy grains somewhere? Check her bedding to ensure is dry also. Give an appropriate nutritional/vitamin supplement.
Hopefully someone will come along soon who has more knowledge of this than I do.

How long has she been like this? Go capture your goose and look it over carefully- look at the feet, feel the legs- you are looking for swelling, wounds, ect. Is she skinny? Will she/can she eat/drink food placed nearby? Look at her vent area- does this look the same as the normal ones? Compare her to another bird who seems normal to you. I would bring her off of the pasture to better evaluate her. Walking strange can be due to many different things.

She has been like this for about 2 maybe 3 days tops, she is a bit skinnyer than the other geese and her back end is a little messyer to, also her legs are a bit skinnyer than the other geese to. But she eats and drinks fine, she does'nt have a problem with that. Do you have any ideas what is wrong with her? thanks

Thanks. I've been doing searches for geese info and can't find anything. Maybe they'll both be okay, I hope!
