Help with hatching

Does this chick need help hatching it’s peeping and moving the egg around but isn’t making any progress. It’s day 20 and humidity is around 75-80%.

no id just wait and let it do its thing. Hard I know. I sat looking at a pipped egg most of yesterday and it hatched in the night no problem

Ok thanks I’ll leave it be, I’m going to try and get away from the incubator for a bit and check up on it later
