help with hovabator 1602N

anybody got one???? do you like it?? how is the hatch rate??? just got mine and set it up, just wanting some pointers to get a good hatch. will be hatching pekin ducks first, then i will hatch some chickens!!!!! all suggestions are wanted.

Well I have an LG still air and it seems most folks like the 1602N better than the LG..Just remember your temp in a still air is a bit higher than circulated air..Most folks say 102* but I shoot for around 101* at egg height, that seems to work well for me. Do a bit of research of the correct humidity for your ducks as well..
