help with lady amhearst please

I have three birds and they are beating each other up and I was wondering if you can use the no pick blockers on the beaks? I have a small area for them and wont be able to build a larger area with hiding places for them till spring.

How small of an area are we talking here??

are they All the same type of pheasant and what sexs?? Once blood is drawn it pretty much over for somebody..
