help with lincomycin dosage please!!

Can anyone please help me? I am trying to give my chickens lincomycin hydrochrolide, the water soluble kind.......Can anyone tell me how much to mix with 1 gallon of water (ex: 1/2 teaspoon, etc)? I only have 2 chickens so making the whole package would be a huge waste.

Do you know how much 64 mg is though? Like, 1/2 teaspoon, 3/4 a tablespoon, etc?
