Help with old incubator.

I found this incubator online and I'm wondering if anyone has one, and if it works well? What would you pay for one in this condition? It seems as though it has a decent price, but I'm about broke right now so I am trying to get the owner to come down a little on the price. Here's the pics.

There have been a few posts about similar oldies like that on here lately. Most are purchased for their historic value. They can be made to work again, some sanding, a new finish and they even look nice. IMHO, If you are looking to just hatch a few eggs you'd be days and dollars ahead to buy a modern incubator. If I remember right the price on the last one I saw was around $200 but it wasn't complete and needed completely refinished.

Under 300.00 ? think it turns all eggs from outside manual turn, make sure it heat up, and fan works. those hold the heat great, hold little under 300 eggs.
