Help with phoenix tail feathers?!

Long story, ending with three of my Phoenix roo's LONGEST tail feathers getting pulled out

. Two feet long, each. How long is it going to take for them to grow back, not fully; maybe just one foot?

He was in a molt when they were pulled out. Fair is in April! I'm freaking out!

after the feathers are broke/pulled out, they usually dont get the back until the molt, maybe different for phoenixs though
