Help with Roo!! He is trying to.....

My dutch Bantam roo who is only i believe 2 months old is trying to mate with my 4 week old New Hamps. He is about the same size as they are. They screech and screem and i am worried he may hurt them. They are only 4 weeks old for goodness sake. I had no idea that he being so young would try and mate already. Should i quarenteen him? he is not plucking out feathers yet. Any advise? Thanks So much

I would probably separate them until they are old enough to breed. You don't want him causing damage to the girls.

yeah i think they should be separated. poor scared little girls! they must be terrified!
