Hello,
This khaki campbell is 3 months old and i can't tell the sex. we have 3 other khakis that are 1 year (2 ducks and 1 drake). and the 3 month old looks nothing like any of them. Ive looked for all the tell tale signs (feet, quack etc), but its a mix. It has orange feet like a male, a dark bill and bean like a female, some green on its head like a male, and i cant tell from the quack. Wasnt sure if someone could give me some ideas. when we introduced it to the other KCs the older drake began to chase the 3mo around the pen, bit it on the neck and mount the young duck. we thought he was trying to mate, but now we don't know if it was just displaying dominance. we also have a 3mo mallard duck and 3mo runner drake. the 1yo KC drake dosen't even bother them, he just picks on the 3mo KC. we also just got 5 ancona ducklings, that chase all the other ducks around, the older ducks pay them no mind.
