Help with sick hen, egg bound?

My hen appears and has symptoms of egg bound. Walking real slow and hunched up, abdomen swollen. It is not soft like a water belly. I have drained her before for her water belly. Been doing the Epson salt bath and massaging abdomen, lubricated her with Vaseline but I don't feel an egg. She is still eating a little. Any help appreciated.

How old is she? Has she laid eggs recently? If she has had water belly in the past, that is a progressive condition from liver failure usually due to conditions such as salpingitis, egg yolk peritonitis, cancer, and fatty liver disease. You can try giving her a human calcium with vitamin D tablet. Calcium citrate with D3 is very good, but you may also use Tums or other calcium supplements.
