she is one week old and came from my pet chicken, all the others we got are doing well. She is lethargic and can barely stand. Her crop is big and full and soft.

Her crop should be full if she is eating.
The only time of day it should not be full is the first thing in the morning.

What is the temp in your brooder?

Have you seen her drink water?

Cocci is very common for this age.
Using CORID would be a good place to start.

She was adopted by our broody mama chicken. So we don't have a light on in the coop. Should I?

oopppsss...
I just re read your first post.
I'd bet she has picked up some of the Cocci you already have in your ground.
I'd start the Corid asap.

The other major sign is that she was hatch indoors and placed outside with existing chickens who have probably already built up a tolerance to the Cocci that is present in your yard.
