Help with temp please

Hi. Im incubating my first batch of eggs ever. I got the nuture right 360 and have about 4 thermometers in there. One on the edge reads 100.9 the two in the center read 98-99 and another on the edge reads 98.4 or something. How can I stabilize the temp? I have the incubator set at 101.5

I made a tent out of bath towels, I put boxes on each side and put the towel over it, I keep the towel off the vent holes.
I had the same problem and this did stabilize the temperature.
