Help with the breed/sexing

I got a few of these little guys and was told they are black/blue marans

First one looks enough like it, I think cuckoo Marans are supposed to have pink legs? So that I think is good? The other is probably a blue copper as I don't see barring, where did you get them?

Got them off of kijiji getting a few chickens for eggproduction and trying to figure out breeds for when I incubate

Marans should have feathered legs, can't tell in the photos if they do or not.

Depending on where you got the marans they may not have feathered feet. For example, black copper Marans are called French BCM when they have feathered feet.

Well nothing screams cockrel so I would wait more weeks before determing if its a cockreal I would not say pretty sure because it could be a hen both of their combs look alike.
