This little chick hatched 3 weeks ago. I have put bandaid to her legs together, i have put cardboard covered by tape for her curled toes, nothing has helped it . It seems to be worse. What can be done .. should I take her to the vet?

I hate to say it.but this little one might be a little too big now to fix the issue

Over the summer I hatched a barred rock ..Norman who had splayed leg, I did the hobble on him, it worked kind of for a short while, but then his toes curled to the side his hip started bowing out, I brought him to the vet and his tried the hobble too, but it got worse and worse to the point where his joints were getting really warm and he pretty much couldn't walk anymore.
I made a tough decision to have the vet put him sleep as he did not have a good quality of life, he was only 4 months old and so sweet

I hope someone has some suggestions

There are several methods, and you can easily cut vet wrap to do the same thing, but this gives you a good idea on size, and placement. Keep this in place for awhile. It's not just for a day, and you don't tape the legs together.

For the feet, make a boot. Stand the chick on one of the sticky sides of a bandaid. Arrange the toes. Now fold the other sticky side on top of the bottom. Very gently, press around the edges, and in between the toes so the two halves stick. Very carefully, trim away the excess. Change it every 2 days. Do NOT leave it on longer than 2 days, without repeating the process. Their feet grow fast enough, leaving it on longer than 2 days, without accommodating for the growth, can do as much damage as good.

What does the joint look like on the leg that is turned out?
I would give this chick 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.

Try adjusting your hobble lower as suggested to see if that helps, make sure she's on a non-slip surface all the time too. Shelf liner works good for the surface. https://the-chicken-chick.com/spraddle-leg-in-baby-chicks-what-is-it/

Sadly, your chick may also be suffering from a leg bone deformity like Valgus Varus or similar and you may not be able to correct this.
