Help with transaction issue

Hi. I understand that BYC doesn't like to get involved, and why. But is there anything that can be done about {Staff edit} a transaction issue?

Please use the feedback system for transactions made in our Buy Sell Trade area. Feedback should be factual, non emotional and should be professional.

If you didn't buy through our Buy Sell Trade area ads, then there is nothing we can or will do and the whole thing shouldn't be posted on the forum.

You can PM a Staff member with details if you wish, but this will be only for our information in case there is an issue int he future.
