I went to TSC for some ivermectin pour on today. Due to my zero self control, I also left with 10 chicks. 2 amber link pullets, 1 polish 1 d'uccle 3 buff Cochin (2 frizzle!) 2 black Cochin, and...well...
I couldn't take it. I knew what everything in the bin was, and they had a lot of breeds. Then there was this tiny little white one. Smaller than the rest, and totally different looking. I have no idea what it might be, so of course i had to get it!
What do y'all think?

Here it is beside a bantam Cochin for size reference. It's falling asleep, so that's why it's squinting and drooping its wings

Oooooh that'd be cool. Ya know...I didn't even check to see what kind of comb it had. I'll check in the morning. Wyandottes have pea combs, right?

agree  - what is the age difference between the  white one and the cochin?

Idk. They were in the same bin that TSC got in yesterday. I think they'd be the same age??? Feathering is about the same.
I'm pretty sure it had a single comb, but will check in the morning.

I have a little guy exactly like yours from TSC! I have a hard time figuring out his comb - I'm new. But my bantams are now almost two weeks old, and he is super tiny compared to my D'Uccles and Silkies! He was the smallest from day one, and it's just getting more pronounced. Here are a few pics when he was about four days old.

Adorable baby newchicklove!

I checked my little ones comb. It's deffinately not single. Totally flat - could be rose, walnut, pea...any of those that start out flat. Probably white Wyandotte???
