Help with worms, she looks bad!

I have a Lavender Orph. I noticed she had diarrhea so I gave her yogurt for a couple of days with garlic in it. She looked worse each day so, in a closer look, I realized she had mites as well. I gave her Ivomecin 4 drops in mouth and 2 on her back and put Vaseline on her legs just in case of scaly mites on the legs. I have vitamins and electrolytes in water. Today she looks like she is so sleepy. I gave her a bath. But she is hard to stay awake. It is morning, so do you think she's dying, or sleepy? What else can I do? Please help!

What type of ivermectin did you give her orally?
