Help! Worms????

I have a 1 year old brown leghorn that’s not herself. Checked for being egg bound, crop issues, lice and mites. She has a pale comb and is lethargic but appetite is still ok. This morning this was her fecal. Is it a worm??? See attached pictures

It doesn’t look like a worm, but mucus and a lot of bile. She might not be eating and have some intestinal irritation. Worming with Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer are very safe to use, even if she doesn’t have worms. Worm eggs only show up under a microscope. I would try to get her eating some soft cooked egg and some mushy wet chicken feed. Is her crop empty or full, firm or squishy? Has she laid eggs recently? Have you seen any soft or thin shelled eggs lately. Is her lower belly under her vent swollen or enlarged? Here is another thread with wormer dosages, read post 7:
