Help, wry neck or neurological........what to do.

So I have a silkie chick, who's about 2.5 months old. I found it today laying in the water feeder, all dirty etc, its neck completely floppy and when picking it up it hangs its head under its belly and to the side.
I noticed it was a bit off yesterday, but stupid me, thought it was holding its head at an angle due to not being able to see through its bearded head.

I was going to add some poult vite to some water for it, get some vit. E capsules to give to it. are they saveable, and should I??
My 8 yr old daughter wants me to try, she has now named it. aaaahhhh.
I am having a moral dilemma with this. It's in a box away from the others, has been dried off, has eaten and drank.
Am I delaying the inevitable by trying???

heck no i would try. I have heard of folks using vit e good luck

anyone else, ahhhh, help . someone surely has some more good thoughts on this.
