Oh my, I'm very sorry.:hugs

You have two options: keep it warm and dry and wait for nature to take its course or you can cull the little one yourself. There is an easy and painless way to do this if that's what you choose (I have a hard time with the neck snapping, myself)

Maybe someone else will have a better prognosis but that looks like a deformed yolk sack with its organs attached.

** UPDATE **
I cleaned off the couple of egg shells that were stuck to it and had a good look and I think it’s just the yolk sack but I’m really not sure. I put babes in a tall container in the brooder so it can stay warm but still isolated

Do you have any sav a chick? You'll want to come up with the supplies to keep her watered and fed until she's stronger. Clean wash cloths, small syringes for giving fluid, might need to grind a little of her starter and wet it to feed her tiny bits.

All that is optional. You can just keep her warm, dry and clean and see how she does but she might require a little help initially if she makes it.
