What age? young ducklings need additional nutrients from hatch to at least 10 weeks old if fed chicks starter it doesn't have the amount of B3 niacin a duckling needs for strong legs and neurological health, so possibly your duck needs extra niacin or has an injury so please more infoI'm very new at this duck thing, and one of mine has stopped walking and now it's just laying down. And Welcome to BYC.
May not be enough though some duckling just seem to need more, I would get some Brewers yeast and sprinkle over their feed, 1 tab to 1 cup of feed till 10 weeks of age. This is not baking yeast, Nutritional/or Brewers yeast. If your duckling is having problems then it may dif not be enough. Thanks and They are three weeks and I am feeding them theses corn/wheat crumbles and it has niacin in it.

How do his legs look can he stand straight and is he wobbly when he stands or walks. does he lay down alot? all these signs point to a niacin dif. That maybe what your seeing now. can you post a pic of him?He is actually holding his back differently then the others... The others are more upright and now he is more down
