A couple days ago one of my Indian Runners couldn't get up on his feet, and now he's holding his back differently then the others. He's more lower to the ground and the others are upright.

Leg problems in ducks are usually due to niacin deficiency, though it could be due to over-breeding, parasites, improper nutrition or disease.

I hope it get better soon. Best of luck!

How old is he? Other drakes? Could he have fallen or been attacked?

Some infections can affect ducks like that. A good duck vet is best, though I understand not always possible.

How is his eating? I would let him float in lukewarm water for half an hour a day for a few days - to watch him, and to see if it's an injury you can take weight off his legs and strain off his back.
