I have a two day old chick that doesnt want to walk, kinda army crawls around, very sleepy. Any suggestions?

Need more info in order to help. Is it with any other chicks? If so, are they also 2 days old? How are the other chicks acting? What is the brooder temperature at chick height? Is this chick drinking on its own? Has it eaten anything yet?
