Help!!!

Well we have had these 4 chickens(2 ameraucans and 2 RIR) since they were chicks, their about 12/13 weeks old now. I thought they were females so i went ahead and got the barred rock roo from a friend. Now if freaking out thinking that they may not be female... is it to soon to tell? Im new to every thing poultry related. I also have a Rouen that i thought was female but i was obviously wrong about that. another question will my rouen be able to breed with the khaki campbell?

Those all appear to be pullets, aside from the Barred Rock.

Your Rouen and Campbell should be able to crossbreed, yes.
