Sorry, she wouldn't keep still for me... Her back has no feathers, she was pecked so bad they never grew back.. But its her head im more worried about

Agreed - if you have a staggered perch situation, the hens at the top of the pecking order will claim the top perch, and will pull the feathers off the ones on the lower perch. Just make sure she doesn't have mites. I will say, I have a chicken who seems to have pattern baldness...she never really had good head feathers even as a pullet, and is rather bald, always.

I have 2 roosts set at different heights in my henhouse and have never had this happen.

The bird in question appears to be over mated.

It’s probably overmating, other birds picking on her, or her own feather picking. Keep a close eye though, because it can also be a sign of protein and/or other nutritional deficiency. You may be feeding your birds correctly, but if she’s getting picked on, they may keep her away from the food. I just moved a bird for that very reason.

It could also be a parasite, virus, or bacterial.

It could also be a liver issue. Those are words from my avian vet. I took some very poor looking chicks to be examined recently.

It’s frustrating because it could also be a combination of conditions. The easiest fixes are nutrition and maybe moving her if you are able. See if she improves. If not, look for other causes. Best of luck...
