HELP!!

My chicken is very ill at the moment, she won’t eat or drink. (we use a syringe to get as much water as we can into her).
One of our biggest worry’s is her neck, we don’t know what she’s done! She’s turned it back and try’s to turn it one way, but we don’t know if it’s the right way. We have had her for a year so she is about 1 and a half.

If so, that’s the most urgent thing. You need to either soak her in warm water/steam up a room and have her in it to try to let the heat help relax her muscles and release the egg.

Well, we are not 100% sure if there is any in her, but she has not layed for a few months.

oh, well she’s not egg bound then. No hen can survive months with a stuck egg.
How long has her next been like this?
Can she move it at all, or just doesn’t want to?
Is she pooping?

To check if she's egg bound, use a glove and lubricate your finger. Be very gentle rubbing around to see if their is an egg stuck up her vent.
