Help!!!!

Hi everyone! We need your help and expertise!!
We recently introduced our flock with great excitement and anticipation as we've been waiting for our girls for a long time! From what we have been told we have a blue australorp pullet around 20 weeks, 2 black pullets around 13 weeks and 2 black pullets around 16 weeks (we are very unsure as to how accurate these ages are!!).
Everything has been great, coming along nicely until....

One of our "girls" has started attempting to crow in the mornings (only in the morning too). It's not areal cock-a-doodle-doo so we thought maybe she's a pullet that's trying to assert her dominance within the flock.

We're hoping you guys can help us work out if she is just trying to be the boss pullet of the flock or a rooster. There are so many differing opinions out there and we just confused beyond belief, but we also can't have a rooster due to council rules

Oh dear ...may I ask what distinguishes her or him now!!? We've been trying to research and the only thing we think we may have noticed is the neck feathers appearing possibly more pointed??

His tail is evidence enough at this age. Compare his rooster tail to your other pullets (unless they're... all cockrels?!)

We've been trying to visually compare their tails but we're not expert enough!

Do you see any distinguishing features other than the tail? When we compare tails, they all look pretty similar from what can see.

It's not the tail, it's the saddle feathers.

We are quite sad, we were assured that they were all pullets, though we understand that sexing australorps can be a bit tricky

Vent sexing has a 90% accuracy rate.

I think that every breed can throw a stealth cockerel who doesn't show the signs early.
