Help!!!!!!

[Yep I Talk To Chickens]

My broody hen had six chicks, she crushed one and is pecking the others but only in the nesting box. When you take her out she is fine and she takes care of them. I separated her from the flock and the nesting box and so far she is taking care of them. What do I do? This has never happened to me before with a broody hen.

I'd keep her away from the nest box and let her take care of her chicks.

Why is the nesting box? Just let her sleep where she wants too.

Let them out, with the flock. The chicks get stronger faster with a bit of exercise. Keeping them in too small of area, is not good.
