Help!!!!!!!

my ameruacana hen are pecking the feathers off one another's backs how do i stop this i have all ready lost 3 hens to this

why are they doing this?

is there enough space in the coop?

are they getting enough protein?

is there any blood?

what are they eating?

have you looked them over for lice or mites?

How big is their space and how many do you have in it?
