I was given 2 moms one has 4 baby's and the other had 3 babies. This morning When I was feeding and watering them the one with 3 babies, one was dead. I am wondering if the mom isn't stressed from the move, and killed the baby. The others seem to be happy. And they have all been treated. SHOULD I PULL THE OTHER 2 FROM HER SO SHE DON'T KILL THEM. Her babies are the oldest of the 2, and she seems to be older then the other one. And I know they where well taken care of before given to us.

Rare for peahens to kill their chicks, now they may lose a few. she should be fine with the others, feed a good medicated turkey or gamebird starter.
