Help!

SOMETHING is taking my chickens down one by one. I've lost 2 this week (found one in the yard - intact, and one went missing tonight....I know she won't make it out there alone). The problem is that I don't know what I'm dealing with. We have dogs that run loose, feral cats, skunks, coyotes, etc. I live in a rural neighborhood so it could be any number of things. Looks like from now on, I won't be letting anyone free range while I'm gone. So, I'll cover their coop and run with something? What do y'all recommend?

cover the top with hardware cloth or chicken wire the real small stuff whatever you can get ahold of and POST UP for the night wait for whatever is is then be ready for it what kind of coop are they in can you lock them up including the hen door?
