HELP

Hello my hems won't lay eggs and 1 layed today but it was on the ground they go in there nesting boxes please help!!

I'm not an expert; but it's not that your hens won't lay eggs, they just aren't ready yet. As for the egg on the ground I think for a lot of hens it takes time to get into the actual box. So, I wouldn't worry unless you find a few more not in the nesting boxes.
