Ok So our hen's just started laying again this week. Its been cold and hot weather. So I boiled around 5 of the eggs and noticed that the white after boiled had layers. Yes layers as in I could pull them off! What is up with that???? We haven't changed feed either HELP are these eggs ok???

This---as far as I know---is completely normal and the eggs are still safe to eat. As far as why it has layers, I'm just not certain. I hope someone does and can explain it to you.
