HELP!

I have about 15 runner ducks that we have had forever it seems! only 3 are females! I have order more females but that will be some time before they are ready to join the seniors. The males are literally killing the females breeding them all the time in packs! Is there something I could put on the females to repel the males? I have had to pen sick ducks up in the past and they never do well away from the group. They usually die. Any advice.

Separate your males from the females, they will gang up and kill the ducks.
