Ineed Help My chicken has a very swollen foot for a few weeks . Now this morning she had blood all on her chest. Whats wrong

You probably need to do a lot closer examination of the bird, and maybe post pics, before someone can help. I can't understand how the foot could be related to the chest, or where the blood on the chest is even coming from. Maybe the blood is just from a mouse it ate or something.
