HELP!!!

HELP!!! I have two ducklings 9 days old yesterday was their first swim time then a little while ago we did another neither seemed to have any issues it wasn't very deep and I was supervising the whole time I dried them off a bit them off a bit then put them in their bin under the heat lamp. I went in just now to check on them they were laying under the heat lamp cuddled up like normal but one was almost like panting? I'm not sure exactly his bottom jaw just keeps moving up and down like quivering? He seems to be breathing fine is he ok or his there something wrong if so is there anything I can do?

Well, ducks do pant when they get hot. Is it possibly too hot under the heat lamp for them? What temp do you have their brooder at? As they get older they need less heat each week.
