What do you do when the chickens first hatch? You leave them in there for 24 hours right ? Do I need to lower the temp.?

Do NOT lower the temp....let them stay in there till they are dry and fluffy. This will give you time to get the brooder up to a comfy temp, of 95 degrees. Just remember...when you take them from the bator to the brooder, you will have to show them where the water is...just a little dip of the beak..they will get it. Good luck on your hatch!!
