That is strange, was there a lump of flesh protruding from the vent?
A normal vent should sorta look like a coin slot, not swollen or protruding

No couldn’t really see flesh this is the picture I could take I will take some more when I get help because it’s hard getting a photo and she won’t stay still

Tried my best to get a picture only managed to get one I’m going to wait for someone to get home so they can help me have a better look at it im currently looking for a crate or something to separate her from the others

Your best bet to keep her still may be to wrap her in a towel, making sure her wings are folded properly, and football hold her against your body firmly so that she can't move too much. Sorry you've got to deal with this!

Can you put her in your bathroom or garage or somewhere away from the other chickens? They will peck her to death if you don't.
