Hen acting like a rooster

My girls are 13 weeks old, and one of them is acting like a rooster, will she still lay eggs when it comes time? I have 11, and they are all girls.

If she is indeed a hen she will lay when the time comes. She might just be the top of the pecking order hen and asserting her dominance and being bossy. Is that what you mean when you say "acting like a rooster?" Some dominant hens will even mount other hens in a show of dominance. Some, believe it or not, will even make a crow like sound.
