Hen Acting Possessive?

My flock consists of four Comet hens and three Orpington pullets along with various breeds of ducks and geese. Recently the biggest hen, Tina, has been acting possessive of me (this is the only way I can describe it). If she sees me come in the pen she'll immediately go underneath my chair and stay there, and if any of the other birds, even the geese, try to get attention from me she'll chase them off. She hasn't done anything to try and hurt anyone but should I be concerned about this behavior, it just seems odd because none of my other birds have behaved like this? She isn't laying eggs just yet as she's not quite old enough so it isn't broodiness and she's not very keen on being handled like you'd expect a normal chicken to be.

Could you post a picture of your hen and Tina?

This is Tina

And this is the best I could manage of getting the other hens

I wouldn't expect this.

Such an odd predicament.
it will continue unless you prevent it.
I'd separate her during your visits so the other birds can participate.
Do you feed treats during your visits?

Tina is settling into her spot as flock leader and everything belongs to her including you.
You didn't mention any males of the poultry persuasion so she's likely taking that spot for herself.
The only reason you should worry is when she hits sexual maturity she might start roughing you up if you don't fall in line.:)
