Hen acting sick

Good morning!
Today I woke up to my hen acting strange she is gaping her head and making a cry sound. I don’t know what maybe wrong with her. She is also hitting her beak to the floor and sneezing.
Please let me know what I can do or what may be wrong!! I have her separated from my flock
